Smies & Associates was hired to do a master plan that looked at the entire facility including circulation, accessibility, site access and parking, etc… The study was to determine the best approach to solve some of the circulation and accessibility issues of the existing facility. After a full analysis was completed considering many possible scenarios, the church voted to move forward with Phase I.

Phase I contains
A new fellowship hall/Activity Space, new kitchen, enlarged gathering, and support spaces. The addition allows for the remodeling of the old basement fellowship hall and kitchen into new classrooms and a multipurpose meeting area.

A Phase II
Addition is also planned which would add a new
sanctuary with around 800 seats. This addition would then convert
the existing Sanctuary into the main Gathering/ circulation Hub of the entire facility.
