Manitowoc Lutheran High School
Phase I involved the Design and Construction of the Music Department Wing as well as the renovation of several spaces. The addition includes large Band and Choir classrooms along with and Electronic composition classroom, individual and group rehearsal rooms, offices, and storage. Also included was a Master Plan design.
Phase 1 also included the renovation and relocation of the Art Department.

Bethlehem Lutheran School
Addition of 30,000 sq. ft. and renovation of existing facility. The project includes: a new 8,700 sq. ft. Gymnasium w/ locker rooms, cafeteria, kitchen, day care, and classrooms.
