        Smies & Associates, Architects LLC worked with ACE Building Service to develop a master plan for Manitowoc Lutheran High School.  Phase I involved the Design and Construction of the Music Department Wing as well as the renovation of several spaces. The addition includes large Band and Choir classrooms along with and Electronic composition classroom, individual and group rehearsal rooms, offices, and storage. Also included was a Master Plan design.
        Phase 1 also included the renovation and relocation of the Art Department.
               
        Phase 2 would involve the addition of a new gymnasium, locker rooms and lobby and renovation of several classroom spaces.
