Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the design of religious, educational, and commercial facilities. He also has extensive experience in educational facilities, particularly private and parochial schools.

Prior to forming Smies & Associates, Architects, LLC, Jeff was President and Partner of Groth & Smies Architects, Ltd. for eight years. Before that, he was a project manager and managing board member of one of Wisconsin’s largest architectural firms.
